We offer domestic and international shipping via United States Postal Service. All orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit times are an estimate only, we are shipping from the Hawaiian Islands so please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For international shipping, transit times vary greatly depending on destination and time of year. They can typically be expected within 10-20 days but may vary. Once in transit, we have no additional information aside from the tracking details.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped, and another when it has been delivered. We do not offer signature confirmation on our shipments.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure to save all packaging material and damaged items before filing a claim.
Amalia is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Amalia is not able to replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to support you throughout the process.
